Potential jurors at the Tulsa County Courthouse in Oklahoma recently got an extra-long lunch break after one of them brought bedbugs into the building.
The Oklahoma jury room was temporarily evacuated on Nov. 18 after a fellow potential juror spotted the critters. Exterminators were called in to clean the jury room and an overflow room where the Board of County Commissioners also meets.
People were let back into the building after work crews left.
A spokeswoman tells The Tulsa World that the county has dealt with bedbugs a few times over the last several years.
