All Risks Ltd. Adds Martino, Flake in Texas

Frank Martino and Rhonda Flake have joined based in Hunt Valley, Md.-based insurance wholesaler All Risks Ltd. in the firm’s South Central operations.

Martino is a broker in Austin, Texas. He specializes in oil and gas as well as other casualty classes. Martino has previously worked in marketing at Insurance Innovators of New England (MGA and surplus lines). Most recently, Martino held general lines underwriting positions with a focus on commercial packages and contractor accounts at AUI Inc.

Flake joined All Risks in Dallas as a broker. Her seasoned experience comes from a diverse background of production roles in financial services, as well as property and casualty insurance. Previously working with MacLean Oddy and Colemont/AmWINS, Flake can lend brokerage expertise for a variety of industry sectors.

In the Dallas office, she will play a significant production role in developing new business and working dynamically with one of the region’s top brokerage teams. She is active with the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas, as well as multiple mentoring programs to which she extends her time.
