IMA Names Broz President, Maley Executive VP in Dallas Office
Retail insurance broker, IMA Inc. has added Rob Broz as its new president in Dallas and Kathie Maley as executive vice president.
Broz joined the Dallas team to lead the company’s initiatives for growth. Maley transferred from IMA’s Wichita office in July to head Dallas operations and client services development.
Broz has more than 23 years of experience as a professional insurance broker and risk manager. Prior to joining IMA Broz was a senior vice president at USI Southwest Inc. He holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Maley joined IMA in 2010 as vice president, risk manager for the Special Risk Services Division in Wichita. In 2012, she became the commercial lines practice leader for the Wichita marketplace. Maley has worked in the insurance industry since 1988. She has earned the professional designations of Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Claims Management (AIC), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
IMA has grown from a $16 million company in 2001 to more than $100 million in revenue, with over 500 employees in Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Topeka and Wichita. In 2012, IMA embarked upon Vision 2020, an eight-year timeline to advance IMA to a new level on the national and global insurance playing field.
