Roach Howard Smith & Barton Adds Noble as Sales Executive

Derek Noble has joined Texas-based independent insurance brokerage, Roach Howard Smith & Barton, as a sales executive in its employee benefits department.

Noble began his insurance career in Phoenix, Ariz., working for a national broker as well as a leading direct writer before returning to Texas.

He specializes in real estate, healthcare, transportation, technology, and manufacturing and has experience working with employers of all sizes.

Noble has a focused knowledge of healthcare reform, and more importantly, strong strategies on how to work within government guidelines while protecting a company’s bottom line. He is currently working on his Certified Insurance Counselor degree with plans to complete the program in the coming year.
