Oklahoma Agents Group Seeks Questions for Workers’ Comp Panel
The Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma is requesting members to submit questions for a panel discussion on proposed changes to the state’s workers’ compensation system.
IIAO will host a panel to discuss recently proposed legislation, Senate Bill 1062, at the IIAO/National Security Conference Center on Friday, March 8, 2013, from 2 – 4 p.m.
Members of the panel will bring various views of the legislation to IIAO members to help them better understand the legislation that is being considered.
Panelists include Mike Seney from the State Chamber, Pat Gilmore from National American Insurance Co., and Bill Minick from PartnerSource.
IIAO members are requested to submit questions to Dan Ramsey at ddr@iiaok.com. He will forward the questions to the panelists in advance to help them prepare for the session.
The group anticipates a large turnout. Those who wish to attend should RSVP to Cathy Cinotto at cathy@iiaok.com.
There is no cost to attend, but seating is limited to 90 people. The session will be recorded and posted on the IIAO web site shortly after the event.
