Workers’ Comp-Focused Employers Adds 2 Sales Execs in Texas

Susan Watson and Henry Eford have joined workers’ compensation specialty insurer Employers as sales executives in Texas.

Watson is sales executive for the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Based in Dallas, Watson brings 20 years of experience to Employers along with valuable sales and agency management skills.

Watson joins Employers from Nationwide Insurance where she most recently served as sales manager, and was responsible for forecasting and driving sales efforts, agent management, and facilitation of agency growth.

Eford was named sales executive for the Austin and San Antonio markets. Based in Austin, Eford brings extensive sales and business development experience to Employers, with advanced knowledge of wholesale and retail insurance operations and business insurance coverage.

Eford joins Employers from Travelers Insurance Co. where he most recently served as account executive, and was responsible for business development, cultivating broker relationships, and market and data analysis.

Employers Holdings Inc. subsidiaries are specialty providers of workers’ compensation insurance and services focused on select small businesses engaged in low-to-medium hazard industries.
