USI Southwest Adds Mattlage, Gray

David Mattlage has joined USI Southwest, in Austin, Texas, as vice president and Austin Employee Benefits practice Leader. Mark Gray also has joined the firm as Commercial Lines vice president.

USI Southwest is a unit of USI Holdings Corp.

Mattlage joined USI following a eight-year tenure with Principal Financial Group, as vice president of sales.

Gray joined USI following his three year-year tenure with Frost as senior vice president, Insurance Division. Gray has 20 years of experience in the insurance brokerage business.
