Okla. Work Comp Hearing Rescheduled
A public hearing on the revision of Oklahoma’s Workers’ Compensation Schedule of Medical and Hospital Fees has been rescheduled for Dec. 19, 2007, the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court announced.
The hearing had been scheduled for earlier in the month but was cancelled because of the winter storms that devastated the state recently.
The public hearing begins at 1:00 p.m. in the Carousel Room at Metro Technology Center, 1900 Springlake Drive, Oklahoma City. Public comments regarding the medical and hospital fees will be heard.
The Draft 2008 Schedule of Medical and Hospital Fees may be accessed via the Court’s Web site at www.owcc.state.ok.us/index.htm.
All comments may be directed to the Court Administrator, 1915 N. Stiles Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73105, or electronically at cbishop@owcc.state.ok.us.
