Burns & Wilcox Promotes Shumate to Underwriter in Texas Office

Specialty insurance and brokerage provider Burns & Wilcox announced that Jennifer Shumate has been promoted to underwriter in the company’s Arlington, Texas, office.

Previously, Shumate was a production assistant in commercial lines. She joined the company in 2003.

Based in Farmington Hills, Mich., Burns & Wilcox has 38 offices in 25 states and employs more than 900 people.
