Okla.’s Midlands Management Names Eyerly VP of Human Resources

Oklahoma City-based managing general underwriter and third party administrator Midlands Management Corporation announced the appointment of Pamela McMillan Eyerly to the position of vice president of Human Resources. She will manage Midlands’ HR Department based in Oklahoma City.

In making the announcement, Charles Caldwell, president and chief executive officer of Midlands Management, said, “It has long been a personal goal of mine as well as the goal of the Midlands Board of Directors to increase training and bring in an individual of vast experience that will enable us to meet our goals as well as support our current HR representatives and employees.

Eyerly’s twenty years of extensive HR practice include experience in manufacturing, medical and aerospace fields including union and non-union labor experience. She brings to the table strength in employment law, regulatory compliance and organizational development.
