American National Declares Dividend

American National Insurance Company, headquartered in Galveston, Texas, announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 75 cents per share on its common stock, CUSIP #028591-105, payable Dec. 16, 2005, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 2, 2005.
