TDI to Hold Hearing on Proposed Increases to Texas Windstorm Liability Limits

On Jan. 26, 2005, the Texas Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing on proposed additional increases to the limits of liability for certain Texas Windstorm Insurance Association windstorm and hail insurance policies (Docket No. 2610).

The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 100 at TDI headquarters—the Hobby Building, 333 Guadalupe, Austin.
