SureTec Adds Yasilli as VP, Makes Other Appointments
Texas-based SureTec, which specializes in contractors performance and payment bonds, announced the appointment of Tony Yasilli as vice president of Marketing/Underwriting. Additionally, the company named Ric Gijon as chief financial officer and Bill Alley as a contract financial analyst in its Austin office.
Yasilli, a graduate of the University of Texas, started his surety career as a home office underwriter for Seaboard Surety and a branch underwriter for Seaboard in Dallas, Nashville, and London, England. For the past three years, Tony has served as Southwestern Regional Surety manager for Atlantic Mutual in its Dallas office.
Gijon is a C.P.A. and a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He began his surety career at Universal Surety of America as treasurer and controller. Most recently, Gijon was vice president and controller for HCC Insurance Holdings Inc., a strategic alliance partner of SureTec.
Alley, a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law, brings to SureTec 20 years of diversified financial, legal, entrepreneurial and management consulting experience. Alley provides SureTec with exceptional expertise in financial analysis as well as special underwriting and technical issues.
SureTec has offices in Houston, Dallas and Austin.
