IIAO Congratulates CSR of the Year Nominees
The Education Committee of the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma announced the nominees for its CSR of the Year Award. Extending its congratulations to the nominees, the IIAO said all of the outstanding CSRs were nominated by their peers for their contributions to the insurance industry, their clients and their co-workers.
Each nominee wrote an essay on the Five Essentials of Effective Customer Service. The essays were judged according to national criteria and the Oklahoma state winner will be announced in June.
