Bauer Named President of IIA of Houston
The Independent Insurance Agents of Houston installed Lanette (Lenny) Bauer as the organization’s 2002-2003 president. Currently senior vice-president of Agency Operations at Brady Chapman Holland & Associates in Houston, Bauer has 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. She was elected to the IIAH Board of Directors in 1999.
Other elected officers of IIAH for 2002-2003 include: president elect—Stephen R. Davis, GBS Insurance Agency; vice president—Donald E. (Woody) Woodward, Jr., Insurance Alliance; treasurer—Robert E. Dunn, III, Hotchkiss Insurance Agency; immediate past president—Max Johnson, Ben F. Brown Insurance Agency; and secretary—Carole Shelton, IIAH.
New directors elected for a three year term include: Mike Stroman, Millenium Insurance; Stephen B. Smith, Summit Global Partners; Gerry Thielemann, Bowen Miclette and Britt; and Marsha Wilson, Imperial A.I. Credit Companies.
