Skywire Software, Tobat Capital Acquire Thazar Solutions

Skywire Software, a software development and EAI products and services company based in Frisco, Texas, along with investment partner Tobat Capital, announced the acquisition of Thazar Solutions Corporation. Thazar Solutions provides business intelligence and analytic applications for the property and casualty insurance industry.

Thazar Solutions’ assets include INSsight, a business intelligence and
management information system designed exclusively for the P/C insurance industry. According to the companies, the INSsight portfolio includes eight comprehensive applications that provide companies with the power to manage and analyze business-critical data across operating segments and then make informed decisions aimed at improving the current and future profitability of their products and pricing structures.

Thazar Solutions’ technology customers include AXA Re, First Insurance of Hawaii, Unitrin Property and Casualty, and U.S. Risk Insurance Group.

Skywire Software will manage Thazar Solutions as a separate operating unit and Thazar’s products and services will be available through Skywire Software’s Insurance Suite.
