Markets/Coverages: WBN Launches Duty of Care Offering for Mobile Workforces; Rokstone Gains Capacity for Autotransporter Solution

July 21, 2026

Independent insurance broking and employee benefits network Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) launched Duty of Care Zone, a dedicated resource designed to help multinational organizations build coordinated, gap-free strategies to ensure globally mobile workforces are supported and compliant.

The launch comes as business travel and flexible working volumes surge back to and beyond pre-pandemic levels. According to the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) 2026 Outlook, optimism among business travel professionals has risen to 43%, but the nature of travel itself has changed fundamentally, creating new complexities for employers and brokers alike.

Companies are travelling more, employees are exercising more personal choice, and the boundaries between corporate and personal exposure are increasingly blurred. Coverage gaps expose both the individual and the business to employment, legal, tax, and people risks that can be difficult and expensive to remediate after the fact.

In WBN’s The New Risk Reality Report, 47% of business leaders think of regulation and compliance pressure or workforce disruption as their most pressing risk and insurance concern.

WBN’s Duty of Care Zone provides employers and broker/consulting partners with a bespoke, structured framework to identify, close, and manage risks for mobile workers.

The Duty of Care Zone is built around four core components:

Rokstone Marine Announces New Autotransporter Capacity Deal

Rokstone, an international specialty MGA, announced new $1 million capacity deal with Lloyd’s to launch a specialist autotransporter solution as it seeks to become the premier inland marine MGA. The deal allows Rokstone to fill what it calls a critical gap in the market and expand its line size in response to market demand for specialized trucking solutions.

The Lloyd’s capacity allows Rokstone to offer specialized wordings and a wider range of tailored deductible structures to meet U.S. insureds’ risk retention and premium goals.

Rokstone said traditional policies often bundle motor truck cargo and physical damage with auto liability but autotransporters are technologically advanced trucking operations with unique hazards, higher limit requirements, and typically experience lower loss frequencies than traditional trucking companies. Separating the coverages from auto liability can provide cost savings, improve the claims experience, and create greater consistency in underwriting.

Rokstone Marine’s new capacity allows it to expand its target segment to include larger specialty fleet operations.
