Everest Offers Small Law Firm Liability Program Via Digital Broker Embroker
Everest Insurance has joined with digital broker Embroker to provide an online lawyers’ professional liability program for law firms with up to 10 employed attorneys.
Through Embroker’s digitized platform, Everest’s Lawyers’ Professional Liability policy offers several coverage enhancements. The coverage is currently available in 31 states and looks to expand availability further in 2020. The addition of this program will expand and complement Everest’s existing Lawyers’ Professional Liability offering for larger firms.
According to Brian Drum, senior vice president and head of Everest Underwriting Partners, the product helps cover the wide-ranging risks that smaller law firms encounter.
Everest Re Group sells reinsurance and insurance in the U.S., Europe, Bermuda and other territories.
Embroker is a digital insurance brokerage founded in 2015.
