What’s Happening in Agency Compensation? Take This Year’s Salary Survey

Insurance Journal would like to invite ALL retail agency owners, principals, producers, CSRs — the entire agency — to participate in Insurance Journal’s annual independent insurance agency salary survey for publication in our February 24, 2020, issue.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and will provide you and us with valuable information on insurance agency compensation trends. All survey responses and information will remain confidential.

Hundreds of owners, producers and agency staff participated in the 2019 Agency Salary Survey, which found that total compensation for insurance agency management, owners, principals and producers was up but only slightly.
