Keating Expands Property Coverage Options with Monoline, Package Product

Keating, Inc., a specialty property and casualty wholesale intermediary and program manager, has launched a new in-house monoline property package product.

The new program features the monoline property coverage as well as package capabilities including general liability and equipment breakdown coverage. Targeted classes include domestic and commercial dwellings, hotels, retail establishments, lessor’s risk only operations, warehouses and more.

The coverage features high per-building and per-policy total insured values, no age restrictions, and low minimum premiums.

The program is currently available in Arizona, California, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee and Washington.
