W.R. Berkley Names Littzi As VP, Senior Counsel

Insurance holding company W. R. Berkley Corp. has named John M. Littzi as vice president and senior counsel, where he will responsible for the legal aspects of business development transactions, alternative investments and general corporate matters. The appointment is effective immediately.

Littzi has 10 years of legal experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, investment management and corporate law. He joined W. R. Berkley in 2011 as assistant vice president and senior counsel from the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LP, based in New York, New York.
