Great American Launches Professional Liability Division
Great American Insurance Group has launched a new professional liability division offering errors and omissions (E&O) liability insurance coverage for non-medical miscellaneous service providers as well as real estate professionals and accountants. Coverage will be available nationwide except in Louisiana, Alaska and Hawaii.
In connection with the launch of this Division, Reina Gregorio has joined Great American as divisional president. Gregorio has 30 years of experience working in the professional liability business with an emphasis on underwriting, sales and distribution management. Prior to joining Great American, Gregorio served as president of professional liability for Navigators Group, Inc. Prior to her role at Navigators, she held management positions with XL Group and Kemper Insurance, where she oversaw the launch and growth of their professional liability books of business and established agency relationships.
Great American’s Professional Liability Division office will be based in the New York area. A future announcement will be made regarding the date when they will begin to accept new business submissions.
This newly formed division is expected to complement the E&O coverage offerings already provided by Great American Custom Insurance Services, while extending Great American’s reach into smaller accounts and also into new insurance class offerings.
