Intellectual Property Insurance Launches IP Abatement Product

Intellectual Property Insurance Services Corporation (IPISC) has launched its latest IP insurance product, InventPro Abatement Insurance, an IP insurance starter plan designed specifically to help inventors and small companies enforce their IP rights and protect their innovations from the predatory business practices of some companies.

This policy helps enable a resolution based on the merits of the case by providing the funds to help enforce the policyholder’s IP against infringers, and protect against the potential financial hardship that IP litigation can inflict on a company.
