Willis Launches Insurance Program for Equipment Rental Industry

Willis Programs of New Hampshire, Inc., a unit of Willis Group Holdings, has introduced a customized insurance product for rental yards and the equipment rental industry.

Rent-itGuard will meet the insurance and risk management needs of businesses engaged in the rental of equipment including light and heavy construction equipment, “high reach” devices such as aerial lift platforms, equipment rental for homeowners, and party supply and special event rentals.

The Rent-itGuard program provides property/casualty, general liability, auto and specialty insurance coverage including inland marine, crime and umbrella with terms and conditions tailored to the rental industry. In addition to traditional theft coverage, Rent-itGuard offers extensions of theft coverage to include theft by fraud, deceit or conversion.
