Markel has partnered with Burns & Wilcox to offer a Real Estate Errors & Omissions program to a range of residential and commercial real estate industry accounts.

This Markel Programs/Burns & Wilcox product offers features and coverages such as open house liability as well as network information and security offense to real estate agents, brokers, and property managers. Additional target classes include leasing agents, broker price options (BPOs), escrow agents, auctioneers, consultants, referral agents, and business brokering. The program is non-admitted and is available in most states.

Minimum premiums start under $1,000 with primary capacity limits up to $5 million available.
