Business Risk Partners Launches Combo GL, E&O Coverage for Home Inspectors

Business Risk Partners is now offering general liability coverage to home inspector firms that purchase errors & omissions insurance.

Bundling the two products addresses the increasingly grey areas between GL and E&O coverage while providing brokers the convenience of one-stop shopping with two comprehensive policies. The new GL policy is backed by Lloyd’s of London.

The policy is being offered nationwide on a non-admitted basis to home inspector firms with revenues of up to $1 million. Policy limit capacity of up to $1 million per claim and $2 million in the aggregate is available with deductibles starting at $250 and premiums starting at $315.
