MarketScout Access Portal Connects Retail Agents to Starr

MarketScout, a Dallas, Texas-based electronic insurance exchange, has established Target Agent Gateway (TAG), which is a portal providing retail agent’s rapid access to Starr Insurance Companies.

Also, to help agents gain access to the appropriate Starr underwriting divisions, MarketScout will pre-validate all submissions.
