Liberty Mutual Adds Commercial Lines Service Centers for Agents
Liberty Mutual Agency Markets said that its agents can now use one of two commercial lines service centers to help with a range of services for policyholders.
The centers – located in Ohio and Washington — will work with roughly 1,000 agencies across the country. Agents writing for America First Insurance, Indiana Insurance, Montgomery Insurance, Ohio Casualty and Peerless Insurance will be served by the Fairfield, Ohio service center. The Liberty Lake, Washington service center is available for agents writing through Colorado Casualty, Golden Eagle Insurance, Liberty Northwest, Liberty Agency Underwriters.
Both service centers offer extended hours and multi-lingual support.
“Our appointed agencies have the flexibility to choose what business goes into the service centers and what services are provided to customers,” said Dwight Bowie, manager of Commercial Lines Underwriting Support for Liberty Mutual Agency Markets.
The services performed by service centers include billing inquiries, coverage consultations, policy changes, account rounding, certificates of insurance and auto ID card issuance, direct bill and detail reporting, co-branding capabilities and new business welcome letters and renewal review and questionnaires.
Agencies will submit all new business through Agency Markets’ online quoting and submission system directly to the service centers.
