Zurich Financial Receives Subpoena
Zurich Financial Services acknowledged that it has received a subpoena by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Office of the New York Attorney General requesting information regarding non-traditional products.
Zurich said it “continues to cooperate with the authorities.”
The subpoena was apparently one of a number issued by the NY AG’s office and the SEC in connection with its investigation of abuses in the finite insurance market (see related articles).
