Zurich NA Makes Customer Billing Information Available Online

Zurich North America Small Business announced a new Direct Bill Web site on zurichna.com.

The new site gives agents and brokers direct online access to their customers’ billing information, including the status, current balance, last payment, current amount due, next bill amount, next bill date and installment plan.

Access to the Direct Bill Web site is easy and secure through either www.zurichna.com or the eZSB main menu. Only agencies of record will have access to their customers’ billing information.

“The Direct Bill Web site gives agents and brokers the information they need when they need it,” said Michael McNerney, project leader at Zurich North America Small Business. “This information can greatly enhance agents’ ability to access customer billing status and resolve customer queries.”
