Open Ideas “Trends in Technology”: Series of Online Events will use Interactive Web Conference Technology

May 13, 2002

DĂșnedain Multimedia has announced the first event in their new “Open Ideas Series.” The live online conference is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, May 14.

The series of events will bring keynote speakers together with a global audience to examine the latest innovations available for solving industry-specific problems. DĂșnedain has customized and produced similar online sessions (for clients like Compaq Computers and Microsoft) using “Interactive Web Conference” technology. The “Open Ideas” series will begin with the “Trends in Technology for the Insurance Industry” event on Tuesday.

“We wanted to showcase some of the solutions we’ve been developing in various sectors and to get real feedback for future enhancements,” said Brian Kieller, president of Dunedain. “Interactive Web Conference technology allows us to invite people from all over the world to attend and participate in the same event. Guests have an opportunity to see how their industry peers are putting technology to work now and—more importantly—to contribute, interact, and collectively define the future of such innovations for their industry. We are fortunate to have a panel of speakers who are all extremely knowledgeable and very excited to be part of this series.”
