MJM Investigations Tabs Top Insurance Investigation Executives

MJM Investigations, Inc, a nationwide private investigation firm providing innovative investigative solutions to the insurance industry, appointed Bob Smith as Director of Investigations for the Midwestern United States and Kevin O’Connor as Director of Investigations for the Northeastern United States.

As Directors of Investigations for MJM, Smith and O’Connor will primarily be responsible for recruiting, supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating the MJM field investigations staff in their territories.

Smith has worked in the claims and insurance fraud investigation industry for more than 23 years. Smith developed Special Investigations Units for American National Property and Casualty in Springfield, Mo., and Omaha Property and Casualty in Omaha, Neb.

For the past 16, O’Connor has worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, most recently as the Special Investigation Unit Manager. As the SIU Manager, he was responsible for fraud detection and prevention of all personal market business for the state of New York.
