Allenbrook, Blue Cod Announce Marketing and Reseller Agreement

Allenbrook, Inc., a provider of automation and consulting services for the property and casualty industry, and Blue Cod Technologies, Inc., a provider of customer service and work-management software solutions, announced the signing of a strategic marketing and reseller agreement.

As a result of this agreement, Allenbrook’s Phoenix—a policy management system that handles rating, claims handling, billing, reporting and printing—will be bundled with Blue Cod’s suite of work-management and customer relationship management products, which include automated letter writing, diary, and customer service products.

In addition, Blue Cod will host the Phoenix technology for those customers who opt to use the policy-processing system on an ASP model.
