Navigators Pro Formed to Specialize in D&O and Professional Liability

Navigators Management Company, a subsidiary of The Navigators Group Inc., has formed a new division, Navigators Pro, specializing in D&O and professional liability.

The financial insurance products include directors and officers, fiduciary, employment practices liability and crime insurance for privately held and publicly traded corporations.

Christopher Duca, president of Navigators Pro, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Navigators Insurance Company, the Group’s largest insurance company. Duca previously was executive vice president of Global Specialty Risk Inc. where he headed the Middle Market Group of its wholly owned managing agency, Axcelera Specialty Risk Inc.

The Navigators Group is an international specialty insurance holding company with insurance company operations, underwriting management companies and operations at Lloyd’s of London.
