ebix.com Elects New Board

ebix.com Inc., previously Delphi Information Systems, has announced the reconstitution of its Board of Directors. The eight members were officially elected at the company’s annual meeting last week. Roy Rogers, a West Coast venture capitalist, was unanimously elected as the new chairman.

“We have enlarged and reconstituted the Board, and I am pleased to have professionals from leading companies representing diverse industries join ebix.com,” said Robin Raina, President and CEO of ebix.com Inc.

The new board members include: Roy Rogers, venture capitalist; Robin Raina, president and CEO, ebix.com; Doug Chisholm, director, Global Innovation Networks, Hewlett-Packard Co.; Dennis Drislane, senior vice president, WebMD Corp.; William Rich, marketing director, Sherwood International; Bill Baumel, partner, RWI Group; Yuval Almog, Coral Ventures; and Larry Gerdes, CEO, Transcend Systems.
