IBStv to Offer Videos on ebix.com’s Insurance

Insurance Broadcast System has enhanced its partnership with ebix.com and will now provide three Internet video-based educational and marketing tools to insurance and financial planning professionals through www.ebix.com. These services are available on a pay-per-view basis.

Agents, brokers and financial planners can use the three products – email video, Web-based video and video-based continuing education as proactive sales and professional development tools.

Email video enables agents to send a short, topical, streaming video with a personalized message to clients and sales prospects, with the ability to track the results. Web-based video allows ebix-registered users to receive referrals to visitors who watch topical videos on the ebix.com site; members may also license videos to place on their own sites. Video-based CE enables agents and brokers to sign up and view state approved CE video courses to fulfill their continuing education requirements.

The Internet videos do not require downloads and cover industry products and issues, like life insurance and estate planning, auto, flood and EPLI coverage.
