Acceptance Insurance Names Hallman CFO

Acceptance Insurance Cos. has named Dwayne Hallman as chief financial officer, replacing Georgia Mace, who left recently to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining Acceptance, Hallman was treasurer and vice president of finance for Houston-based property and casualty group Highlands Insurance Group Inc. Acceptance also named John Martin, president and CEO, to its board of directors.
