People Moves: Alliant Names Black to Midwest Employee Benefits Team; American Ag Points Ealey as VP, International Brand Awareness

Jeff Black has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Chicago-based consultant will advise a diverse portfolio of clients on human capital and benefits strategies designed to support growth, organizational transformation, and critical business initiatives.

Black brings more than 30 years of experience advising organizations on human capital, total rewards, and mergers and acquisitions.

His background includes designing and developing integrated benefits programs, with a focus on strategy development, program design and implementation, vendor negotiations, data analysis, and consultation with finance and HR leaders.

Black helps organizations translate strategic priorities into practical benefits programs that support both financial and workforce objectives.

Prior to joining Alliant, Black was a partner with a global employee benefits consulting firm, where he held various leadership positions in both health and M&A advisory areas.

American Ag Points Ealey as VP, International Brand Awareness

American Agricultural Insurance Company announced the appointment of Andrew Ealey as Vice President, International Brand Awareness.

In this newly focused role, Ealey will help strengthen AmericanAg®‘s visibility and recognition among international brokers, reinsurers, and other business partners while supporting the company’s international strategy and growth objectives.

Ealey brings more than 30 years of insurance and reinsurance experience, including extensive work with U.S., international and retrocession business. He most recently served as Head of Property Treaty at Canopius Group, where he led a diverse treaty reinsurance portfolio and worked closely with brokers and insurance company clients across multiple markets.

As Vice President, International Brand Awareness, Ealey will develop and implement plans to increase AmericanAg’s visibility among priority stakeholders.

He will cultivate relationships with international and regional brokers, represent the company at key industry forums, and work with executive leaders to translate AmericanAg’s strategy into a clear and compelling market presence.

In this newly created role, he will report directly to Andrew Boris, Chief Executive Officer.
