People Moves: Samuel Joins Alera Group as Executive Vice President of National Operations

Alera Group, headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois, appointed Kyle Samuel as executive vice president of national operations. Samuel will partner with the national practice leaders and regional managing directors to create alignment and strategic focus for Alera Group’s operational model.

Samuel brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining Alera Group, Samuel served as chief operating officer at McGriff, president at M&T Bank, managing director at USI and Wells Fargo, senior vice president, resident sales director at AON and senior underwriter at Chubb.
