BRP Group to Acquire Missouri’s Brush Creek Partners

BRP Group, Inc., through an indirect subsidiary, has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Brush Creek, LLC.

Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Brush Creek Partners, also operating as “bcp tech,” is a provider of commercial insurance, technology risk management and due diligence solutions for emerging market and middle-market clients in various high growth industries.

The acquisition is expected to close on Dec. 7 subject to certain closing conditions.

The deal Brings BRP Group’s total revenue from 2021 announced partnerships to $201 million.
