Michigan’s H.W. Kaufman Group Hires Fusinski as Chief Information Officer
H.W. Kaufman Group has added Richard S. Fusinski to its executive team as chief information officer. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Detroit/Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Fusinski will set and oversee strategy for information technology at Kaufman while working closely with leadership on key advancements, ensuring IT remains at the forefront of key firm-wide deliberations. He will also lead short and long-term planning and oversee the execution of strategic projects for all 15 Kaufman companies.
With two decades of experience in progressive IT leadership positions, Fusinski most recently served as senior vice president and CIO, Community Banking of Flagstar Bank, among the 100 largest banks in the United States, based in Troy, Michigan. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 10 years in a variety of roles including IT consulting, software development and data management.
