American Financial Group Names Pater Asst. VP – Internal Audit

American Financial Group Inc. (AFG) appointed Jerome (Jerry) P. Pater as assistant vice president – Internal Audit for the Cincinnati, Ohio-based company and its subsidiaries.

Pater joined AFG in 2003 as audit director within Great American Insurance Group’s annuity business and was named divisional assistant vice president of AFG in 2010.

Pater has over 35 years of experience in accounting and internal audit. He holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations.
