Insurance Group of St. Charles County Acquires Insurance of Ellisville

Missouri-based Insurance Group of St. Charles County recently purchased Insurance of Ellisville, a family owned and operated company that was founded in 2016 by owner Benjamin Moore.

Founded in 1992, Insurance Group of St. Charles County is a full-service insurance agency that specializes in personal and business insurance. The company is owned by husband and wife Ben and Rhonda Fischer.

Insurance Group of St. Charles County is a member of Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a cohesive family of over 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois.

Founded in 2006, VIAA is the regional founding member for the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA).
