MJ Insurance Adds Parker, Slusser to Risk Management Team in Indianapolis
Indiana-based MJ Insurance, has welcomed two new additions to the risk management department in its Indianapolis headquarters, Aaron Parker and Jon Slusser.
Parker joins the MJ team as a client executive, responsible for the overall client experience — creating and executing client’s risk management plans.
Slusser will serve the risk management team as a consultant and proactively drive sales and service by providing innovative risk management solutions to clients.
Prior to MJ Insurance, Parker worked as a senior insurance manager at Texas State Office of Risk Management. There, he was responsible for the stewardship and viability of statewide insurance programs, while directing the day-to-day operations of the insurance department. Parker has received an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Certification from the American Institute for CPCU.
Slusser previously worked for State Farm as an insurance and financial services representative, where he was responsible for acquiring new business, making outbound calls to prospects and converting quotes into applications.
MJ Insurance is a property-casualty and employee benefits agency that, since 1964, has grown from a two-person start-up to an agency with more than 140 employees in both Phoenix and Indianapolis.
