Hub International Acquires Illinois-Based Columbian Agency
Insurance brokerage Hub International Limited (Hub) has acquired operations assets of the Columbian Agency (Columbian), based in New Lenox, Ill. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Columbian operations specialize in providing commercial lines insurance and surety bond solutions for the construction industry. Columbian’s owners Kevin Scanlon, Gary Eaton, Lee McWethy and Rob Kegley, will join Hub Midwest.
Hub International is headquartered in Chicago.
