Group Enhances Online Training for Employment Practices Risk Management
The Employment Practices Risk Management Association (EPRMA), based in Chicago, has enhanced its website (www.eprma.org), with three new employment practices training courses designed to help employers train senior staff on compliance issues and play a role in controlling the severity of workplace claim submissions.
EPRMA is offering a free trial enrollment to any website visitor without formal company registration through the end of the year.
The site’s four major employer training venues are Employment Practices, Cyber Security, Harassment and Discrimination and Child Safety.
EPRMA has also partnered with The McCalmon Group for pertinent articles and information feeds, as well as additional online courses through a licensing agreement.
EPRMA is a non-profit risk purchasing group that provides online training for employers and their senior management teams.
Founded in 2006, EPRMA is dedicated to helping its members understand workplace liability challenges through research and best practices evaluation.
The EPRMA website also offers an extensive resource of employer information and employment practice related web links. Available links include national organization sites such as Department of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and a listing of all U.S. states that allow insurability for punitive damages, together with unique state compliance laws and case studies.
