AssuredPartners Acquires Indianapolis’ CoLiance Risk Advisors

Lake Mary, Fla.-based AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired CoLiance Risk Advisors through its AssuredPartners of Indiana subsidiary.

The Indianapolis-based agency will operate under the local leadership of Managing Director Judd Feldman.

CoLiance is a full service commercial property and casualty and personal insurance brokerage firm, specializing in workers’ compensation and effective risk management processes and strategies. The firm works with clients across all industries, including an expertise in construction, property and real estate, manufacturing, transportation and staffing.

AssuredPartners Inc. is a portfolio company of Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR.
