Truckenbrod Joins Lockton Dunning in Minneapolis

Lockton Companies Justin Truckenbrod has joined the company in Minneapolis, Minn., as senior vice president and managing director of the Total Rewards Consulting Practice for Lockton Dunning, the Dallas-based series of Lockton Companies.

Truckenbrod will lead Lockton Dunning’s Minneapolis office and will support the company’s growth nationally.

An experienced consultant, Truckenbrod advanced rapidly in previous roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Most recently, he served as vice president and senior consultant within the human capital practice at Willis Group. There he led total rewards consulting efforts for large, national clients.

Truckenbrod has advised large employers including publicly and privately held corporations, non-profits and unionized organizations on health and welfare and total rewards optimization projects. He also has expertise in compensation, merger and acquisition due diligence and integration, global benefits, consumerism strategies, financial analysis and data analytics.
