Farmers Insurance Expects $75M in Claims from Midwest Storms
A system of severe weather moving through multiple Midwest states in early April brought tornadoes, hail, severe winds and flooding in Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Farmers Insurance estimates that its expected claims volume from these states will total approximately $75 million.
More than 100 Farmers Insurance catastrophe claims representatives have been deployed to help customers who suffered damage from these storms, the company said.
