Wisconsin Agencies, AVID Risk Solutions and Kellenberger-Landsee, Merge

Independent insurance agencies AVID Risk Solutions of Madison, Wis., and Kellenberger-Landsee & Associates LLC of Brookfield, Wis., have merged effective Jan. 1, 2014.

The two property/casualty agencies will remain in their existing locations and will maintain their current client relationships.

Kellenberger-Landsee & Associates will be taking on the name AVID Risk Solutions.

AVID Risk Solutions was formed April 1, 2012, by Brock Ryan & Ben Shortreed.

Kellenberger-Landsee and Associates has been providing insurance to businesses individuals and families since 1931, and was originally founded by Lloyd Goan as Forst & Goan Agency.
